Participation terms.
Registration and contract
With the form, a company registers participants for one or more dates. The contract is made when ASE Academy confirms the registration and sends the invoice.
Companies only
The trainings are for companies. The invoice goes to the company that books the seats.
Prices and payment
All prices are per seat and plus statutory VAT. The invoice is due within 14 days, at the latest before the date.
How it runs
The trainings take place online via Zoom. If fewer than three seats are booked ten days before the date, the training may be cancelled or moved to another date. The company is then informed by email without delay. If the training is cancelled, or the company does not accept the new date, every payment is refunded in full. There are no further claims.
Cancellation by the company
Cancellation is free until 14 days before the date. After that the full price is due. A substitute from the same company can take part at any time.

Slides, summary and templates are for work within your own company and may not be passed on.
