Our curriculum wasn't designed in a vacuum — we reverse-engineered it from real migration projects: What did teams need before S/4? Where did they fail after? From that, we distilled the modules with the greatest leverage.

Every 2 weeks: alternating theory sessions and workshops. In between: mentoring and individual support. After 3 months: joint feedback and adjustment of the next modules.

Modules are assembled based on needs. Starting phase (modules 1–3) is planned immediately, further modules after interim feedback.
