4. Data Collection on This Website

Server Log Files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • Browser type and browser version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL
  • Hostname of the accessing computer
  • Time of the server request
  • IP address

This data is not merged with other data sources. The collection of this data is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Inquiry by Email and Contact Form

If you contact us by email or via the contact form on our website, your inquiry including all personal data arising from it (name, email address, content of the inquiry) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your request. The contact form on this website opens your email client. Your data is not stored on our server but is transmitted to us exclusively by email. We do not share this data without your consent. The processing of this data is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, insofar as your inquiry is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Registration for Trainings

When you register for a training with the form on this website, we process your details: name, email address, phone number (if given), company and billing address, VAT ID and purchase order number (if given), the participants' names and your message (if given), the chosen dates and the number of seats. We process them to handle the registration, to conclude and perform the contract and to issue the invoice. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. A registration is not possible without the required details.

The details reach us by email through the sending service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA), which also sends your confirmation of receipt. We also store your name, email address, company and the chosen dates in our email system Kit (ConvertKit, LLC, USA) to inform the participants of a date, for example with the access to the online session. You receive the newsletter only if you request it explicitly in the form and confirm your email address (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw this consent at any time.

We keep the invoice details as long as statutory retention obligations require. We delete the entries in Kit when they are no longer needed to organise the trainings.

5. Plugins and Tools

Plausible Analytics

This website uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly web analytics service by Plausible Insights OÜ. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect any personal data. No data is shared with third parties. The analysis is based on anonymized, aggregated data. Plausible's servers are located in the EU. The use is based on our legitimate interest in the statistical analysis of user behavior for optimization purposes pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Cloudflare Turnstile

We protect our forms (newsletter, registration for trainings) against abuse by automated programs with Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). To do so, Turnstile checks technical features of your browser and your IP address while you fill in a form. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting our forms against abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). More information: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.

Google Fonts (Local Hosting)

This site uses so-called Google Fonts for the uniform display of fonts. The Google Fonts are installed locally. A connection to Google servers does not take place. No data is transmitted to Google.
